Honestly that was almost 3 years ago so I can't remember exactly how I did it. From what I can recall there is a SQL database as part of the server and if you log into that SQL database you can find some tables which hold configuration values like stack sizes. What I found was that if you set up SQL commands to modify the values in those tables you could then change the values in game. What I can't remember is the table structure but from what I recall the names were fairly obvious so once you get into the SQL database for the server it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
