Dreadway is great. Though some areas could use a polish like accessibility options, it's solid. We jumped in and it was genuinely fun! One thing I really like compared to other games in the same genre is the easier ability to kill monsters (but it's still hard enough to be tense as heck) + the ability to drop off loot whilst inside the buildings. I really like the use of voice recognition too including using code phrases! Absolutely worth the price. Has fun hats and emotes too for the goofy stuff.

Yes I recommend it, if you like these sort of games, but there's DEFINITELY problems.

It's a great game with a good setting, mechanics and detailed clues to look over.

However there's some glaring problems
- It's quite short in terms of how much investigating you actually get to do and I feel I was extremely thorough

- The character movements are very stiff and the voice acting can be extremely un-emotive, which pulls you out of the story and makes them seem detached from reality. Examples: Sophie is barely scared when the body is discovered and the killer could STILL BE ON THE SAME FLOOR AS HER? Only the interrogative cop shows any sort of passion. The kiss between Sophie and your Love Interest is.. awkward and strangely acted. Sophie has very little emotion about being stalked which should be terrifying. I don't know if there's a limitation on the character rigs the voice actors tried to match, or if this was how it was directed but.. weird.

- Though we were told there'd be repercussions for things you do and don't do, there doesn't seem to actually be a lot. Like making a conscious decision to visibly tamper with rooms or not.

Product received for free as a content creator.

Pros:
- Cute dog/cat animations when playing with toys
- Diversity in pets with inclusion of fish, rabbits, turtles
- Pet 'perks' (should be called traits..) add good diversity to gameplay
- It's frantic enough to keep you busy, making sinking time into it easy.

Cons:
- The mini-games for playing with pets are a bit boring, and often feel unnecessary or slow. If they were more entertaining and fast paced, the experience would be better
- Dogs/Cats can clip through walls, fences, gates, doors etc. I released my dogs into my yard and had to chase them all across the world to get them back. And I had a cat who just couldn't be contained.
- Having to manually input booking info isn't a good gameplay choice as it adds nothing but a bit of annoyance. I'd remove it, and have booking info input automatically after you accept the pet through a phone call.
- There should be an option to adopt your own pet that can free-roam the hotel whilst you're there, it'd be fun to name one and look after it yourself.
- The tutorials are too long and should be integrated as tooltips into the actual gameplay, not as separate missions.

Lake over promises and under delivers.

2.5 hours in and there's little to no story content, just painfully slow pacing and lazy animating. Characters don't have animations so between looking at them then you, the game just snaps them into their second position and it's unsettling. Characters don't even really have expressions even in moments that are 'meant to' be emotional or intense - it makes it feel like there is a huge disconnect between you and the characters you're meant to be 'falling for'.

This game is riding the indie wave of 'cozy and cute simulator! so wholesome' but fails to live up to the hype. People like the idea of the game, but not the game itself.

In addition, it's poorly optimized and uses about 40% of my CPU when running - I have a high end system. Kind of messed up.

Pro: One shortcut - to teleport back to the post office after your run just throw your van into the lake. The game will make you want to do that anyway.

I enjoy this game, however it performs poorly - It's difficult to stream particularly as it drops frames even on the lowest quality settings. I have a high end 2080 Super system and still struggle.

The puzzles are good, though. The character designs are really good and the puzzles are interesting. Worth the money, I hope it gets finished

Road 96 is a 100% must play in my books. They've managed to create something that feels so fresh with unique gameplay.. it tackles some pretty serious issues, too. $30 on steam for PC (AUD), easily worth more then that. First run through took me 7 hours. Great work.

I'm keen to try it again with some different types of play throughs to see how my choices affect things even more. Though there are some scripted events, the outcome can change dramatically.

John is one of my favourite characters. But his ending (in my case) was a let down. He is a creepy fella and well presented.

Half the fun is seeing some people getting offended over the games content because it draws some parallels with its depiction of facism.. If the shoe fits, I guess.

The music and stylistic choices are also great.

If you have a compatible headset and you haven't watched 'The Bond' yet, you're doing yourself a disservice. Amazing scenery and a nice short story with beautiful visuals. With each transition I felt the motion of each character. It truly is an great way to introduce someone to VR.

After spending all my money at the time on my Vive I didn't leave much left over to get games so I went to the free section and this game immediately caught my eye.

I don't want to spoil it because despite it being short it has a very interesting story which has placed it high up on my list of favourite short story games. It's well made and immersive and involves some light puzzles.

It's also a good game to show new VR players such as visiting friends so they can get a feel of what the system can be used for.

I don't have much more left to say except: try it. You won't regret it.

I'm excited to see what else the developers come up with.

One of my all time favourite games. Beautiful looking with vibrant colours and gorgeous design and an intriguing story to match. I want more!

Where I can finally ride all of my friends and make lewd comments without letting on that I may actually have a problem.
