Manifold Garden is just as much if not more an artpiece of spatial multi dimensional architecture that is trippy, bizzare and beautifully serene as it is a puzzle game. its portrayal of the infinite makes one wonder about the cosmos and reflect on how small we truly are in the infinite wastness of the universe, all while doing - to be frank, trivial, but fun puzzles, that always reward you with a stunning view.

If you are fond of games like Gris, Abzu, Journey etc, then this game will most certainly be up your alley

P.S. many a DMT hits were most probably smoked whilst making this game

This is a very solid walking simulator with amazing music, atmosphere and art direction. The story takes you on a wild ride that even saying anything about it would ruin it.

Invincible gives me the same sense of wonder and discovery that outer wilds and subnautica did when i first played them, the mystery slowly unraveling as you progress further, the feeling of wanting to continue not because of a level up or new weapon but because of the thought of where the story will take you, and its absolutely amazing,

The only thing that the game felt short on imo is the ending, it ended abrubtly and I get the "leave it up for interpretation" thing, but my brain itches for more. oh well.

A very solid roguelite with suberp movement and visual direction. the main gripe with the game is that the weapon nor the build mattered particuarally much in all my 14 hours of playtime, as i could(with very few exceptions) kill the final boss without strategizing a whole bunch, just picking the shiniest thing there is, and there are a lot of them in many different varieties, and going through the motions. at times a bit mind numbing, but mind numbing in a fun colorful turn your brain off and enjoy type of way.

overall my time with the game was enjoyable but i do not forsee myself coming back to 100% the game.

Quite a simple TD game akin to the battle cats and other old school flash games. Short bit of fun with minimal strategy

There is lots to love about this game, the combat was fun and rewarding(on veteran), the build variety seemed vast, and the worlds were pretty to look at, the story..... storied and the music was ok.

Game ran well with no bugs or performance issues that i could notice.

The main meat of the game is the bosses that are crafted well and theres a few surprises in it for you that i wont spoil but it has one of the most interesting and unique bosses ive seen in this kind of game.

While the gameplay was challenging i did not see a reason to use any items at all in fact i used a total of 1 item in the entirety of my run and it was in the tutorial section, but i can see it being helpful for players who are struggling.

They say save the best for last, but i don't think you should save the worst for first - the first world in this game was super annoying, and the blandest most uninspired looking one of them all, yet it was still ok.

TLDR: If the concept of dark souls with guns interests you, or you played Remnant I and enjoyed it, then this is a very easy reccomendation from me 8/10

Played it on the steam deck, a pretty unique and charming take on the creature collector/battler genre.

This is not just pokemon clone as it dares to try new interesting things such as the fusion system and tons of various element interractions.

Story is very charming, doesnt take itself too seriously, but still manages to have some hertfelt dialogue.

Music is 10/10 every single song is just the right tone for the setting

My only gripe with the game is that it didnt really encourage experimentation rather i could just stick with what works till the end. There is a train/tower you can climb that increases in difficulty as it goes on but its at the very end and at that time i was already done with the game.

liked it more than many of the recent pokemon, admittedly not a hard bar to reach

This is a very average AAA game that is mostly carried by its charm borrowed from the harry potter universe, if you are not intereseted in the setting, then there is not much else you would be missing out on by not playing this game.

The good:
-The school itself is wonderfully crafted and there are many whimsical magical moments that happen as you're running from point A to point B
-You can accquire an appartament of sorts in which you can upgrade your gear, care for beasts and brew potions, which all help you make the game that much more tolerable
-The music, its good, not great

The average:
-Combat, mostly cast your your spells, wait on CDs while you parry/dodgeroll
-The story
-Side stories
-The learning of spells, wish it were more indepth than just completing a trivial figure once
-Performance, ran on a 3070 with high graphics, it ran ok with occasional pop in and texture detail loading sometimes taking its sweet time

The bad:
-AAA open world collectathon slop scattered around the map to hide the abscense of its wast emptiness
-No quidditch
-Too easy even on the highest difficulty - even without using any of the provided items the game and its combat seemed too simple and easy, making it really easy to put down.
-Enemy variety

What i wanted from this game was more classes and schooling, similar to Bully, but that is unfortunately not what was present here, it started off strong but didnt impress me till the ending.

This might very well be the longest game i have ever played, the main story took me around 100 hours to beat and i MOSTLY enjoyed every second of it. The game strikes a nice balance between slice of life and combat segments, so as youre getting tired of one it switches over to the other.

The artstyle and music in this game was top notch, even if a little repetetive. The cutscenes were done perfectly and the presentation over all gets a 10/10

my only gripe with the game as well as all the other personas is the somewhat tedious combat when trying to level up, fighting the same enemy types over and over, made a little worse for its unskippable combat visuals.

Overall the game is worth every penny considering its length, it respects your time and isnt some Ubislop point of interest collectathon filler to pat out the game.
