I really expected to love this game, but it was a miss for me. I usually enjoy card battles. But something about these battles felt particularly tedious. Battling is usually my favorite part of these types of games, but I found myself being grumpy and bored while battling. I probably need to to give it more time and level up my cards, but I think i'm letting this game go. Early card battling can be a bit simple, but I found these early battles dragged on.

This is probably just me problem, but the world was also annoying/tedious to navigate. Admittedly, I have no sense of direction in both the real world and gaming maps, so there's that. But I found getting to certain quests difficult as some areas are blocked off from a certain directions. So you have to find one little entry point. And I spend most of the in-day trying to get to the quest.

Everyone else loves this game, so probably listen to them. Maybe I was just having a grumpy few days with this game. I did love the design of the game, the characters, the world they built, the cassette battles in theory. That all is A+!
