Been playing this for just a little bit. Long enough to casually run through most of the games multiple times and I haven't personally experienced any of the issues people are constantly talking about

Unless the bad FPS and supposed unplayable slowdown in X1-3 is that thing that happens when multiple enemies and objects are running about the screen (Final part of Armadillo's stage in X1 is a good place to run into that). In which case thats just how Super Nintendo games are. Its like the slowdown and flickering that happens in the Classic collections that were released. Leads to a more authentic experience I guess- but it sure is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

i.. i swear im good at these games!! i only lost to chill penguin because of the input lag and slowdown!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dash jumping didnt work like that on the original hardware!

The final and most polished entry of the Guilty Gear XX series. Fast paced technical gameplay with one of the best soundtracks a game could ask for. It also surprisingly has a lot to do in singleplayer - and that's actually a pretty good thing as of now


because the netcode ranges from being somewhat acceptable to about as fun as getting an enema. It really is just like the PS3 netplay

I saw this game a while back when my dad played it a lot and got to try it but i got my ass rekt too hard. It's hard to find players for it these days, but when you do it gets pretty fun. It takes a bit to get used to the game, especially if you're coming down from Team Fortress 2 to try this out. Conc jumping is one of the coolest things about this game among other stuff.

Find a group for it on Steam like the TFC Revivers or something and jump in. As the son of a TFC player who is part of the TF2 generation, I can say we (The 2 gen) should respect TFC for what it is even if you don't personally enjoy the game.

Probably won't be THE VERY BEST Guilty Gear game you'll ever play. Still, I think it gets far more flack than it deserves. Yeah, I suppose turning around and all is a ♥♥♥♥♥ (especially on 1v1 fights) but you get used to it after awhile. The first time I ever got to play this game is when it came here to Steam, and even before that I heard many bad things about it but I found that it was still a pretty fun experience. Not as in-deph as the other games in the series but it can still make for some chaotic fun.

OOH YEAH, DO VR MISSION, BECOME REAL GOOD SOLDIER IRL, GET BABES.

But really, probably the most fun I've had with friends in an FPS since Team Fortress 2.
