also it's less like a telltale game and more like a telltale route if that makes sense, not many choices that genuinely change anything (so far) and not really any gameplay similar to TWAU or TWD

ok real review: the game is fun but its like the fun is backloaded and its far too time consuming

half of this issue is the 30fps cap. It's not even abt how smooth the game is, the game speed is tied to fps, if 60/120/240 was officially allowed time would be cut tremendously, and afaik that simple change doesn't cause any major instability

pls fast track the auto run feature or just add adjustable fps caps; doing a grass wonder run and having to sit on full skip for a minute and a half watching her talk to el condor pasa is not fun nor even gameplay, not even mentioning the animation fluff for every single training

after 200 runs it really just becomes a button hitting simulator and the unskippable training anims that take 7 years cuz of the fps hardlock just makes it so ur artificially locked from hitting ur buttons sooner, it could just be a me issue but I get satisfaction from the result of the uma not the button hitting in career

that being said, if I was someone that #1, didn't care too much about graphics, and #2, was unable to run the game at a bare minimum consistent 60 frames, I wouldn't enjoy the game

Recommendation is more like "if you have a top 80% computer then yes"

add more use to the rank border or add more ranked rewards and I might go for top 500

The game simply feels flat, and after being excited for it since 2022 I was frankly expecting much more, early access or not. The content in the game, while not miniscule, isn't what you'd imagine a game teased 3 years ago and in dev for nearly 2 years would have.

That being said I see the vision and definitely see the potential, but I don't think the game is worth the price point in it's current state, even discounted. Lastly I also understand this is an Early Access game but the lack of fundamental settings (specifically about graphics) is unforgivable

the game is good but like many others I do not support how many countries cannot engage in a game they may have already bought for no good reason

that being said theres no middleground on steam reviews, so "yes" as the game itself is honestly very good
