Epic games.

Ok, so, not really what i expected at first, this game feels more like a sandbox than something with a story. Thing is, the story is there, just doesn't feel well executed, throughout my entire first playthrough (i actually did after finishing all 3 dlcs 100%, which meant i already had the op guns from the mars dlc on my first ever run in the main game), every mission i did felt like a side quest, most of them which i couldn't even hear very well what the characters were saying when starting the quests, since they're so quiet on my headphones while every other audio feels really loud. Which meant lots of the quests i did, i ended up not even knowing why i was doing what i had to do because i couldn't pay attention to what they said. I always liked doing side quests on games but on my first playthrough of this game it felt more blank than games like skyrim. After starting a second playtrough on the harder difficulty that unlocked, i decided to play with a mod to make the resistance points less easier to get, which actually made the game better since i got to enjoy some quests i missed the first time around, and i always liked doing 100% in games, so it felt better being able to do lots of quests and things before triggering any of the captured sections. Also the npcs have a very annoying thing over stopping what they're saying whenever an enemy spawn occurs around the area. When talking with them, to start quests or learn about locations with quests, they'll sometimes be cut by random enemy spawns that can occur, and get distracted going after the enemy or getting cover, where most of the time the enemies dont even come to your location and are just passing by in the distance. Then you have to wait till the enemies despawn so you can continue the dialogue with the npc. But even after all this, i still enjoyed the game for being a great sandbox to play with a friend (though i dont have any friends with the game, so that will be for the future to me. It was still fun watching other people on the internet having fun in co-op). Yet what i mostly enjoyed out of this was the photo mode, i always liked taking scenery screenshots in games, even if they didn't have a free cam mode, where i would dequip any items and disable the hud to be able to do that. On this game it had a pretty decent photo mode, filters and everything, where most of the screenshots i took gave me Life Is Strange vibes, which i loved. The customization on this also felt nice for me (though not many skins for weapons that i enjoyed which made me end up using only the guns that had the pink colors i liked, even if they weren't the best guns), which was cool for taking the screenshots as well. I also really loved the custom levels system on the arcade, it felt really nice being able to use photo mode on arcade levels as well so it was a really awesome thing for me since i expected it to not work on custom levels before. The endings also didn't felt satisfying for me, and i felt pretty annoyed over getting exploded in the car at the end when trying to kill joseph while driving to the bunker, since i expected a different ending if i did that, sadly wasn't the case lol- So in the end my favorite ending ended up being the one at the beginning, which i was already expecting an ending like that in my first time playing this, because of the fourth game, so i ended up getting it before my first run in the game, which pissed me off after beating the game on the other 2 endings later on in the game since the "secret" one was the most satisfying one.

The story could've been excuted better, the sandbox in co-op is great and the photo mode can be really cool for you if you enjoy those type of things. So in the end it definetly felt for me that they focused more on a co-op gameplay than the story itself. So if you want a sandbox-ish game to play with a friend, play this one. If you're looking for a solo experience with better gameplay, then go for Far Cry 4, If you want a good story, then go for Far Cry 3. Thats all i had in mind. Thx for reading

Oh and just as an extra, i had a negative review on this game before because the uplay launcher would no longer work and it wouldnt even let me play on offline mode because it said i had to login atleast once, which wouldnt work at all because i had just fixed my computer, but recently it started working again randomly. (all my attempts to fix it before all of that just didnt work, it felt like had nothing to do with my internet nor my computer, so it ended up randomly being fixed, even though their servers didnt have any maintenance around that time)

Lovely Game

this game makes me wants to play it all day even knowing the levels, i would really love having this in the workshop as well so we could create levels or even hats and etc..

This is actually my fav game of all the fps games i have played, i just wonder if there's gonna be an option on the workshop for skins only
