Heads up:

If you think this game is a run and gun zombie shooter, it isn't. If thats what you are expecting out of it then dont get it.

What the game is:

Think of it as a semi-stealthy horror shooter where there is heavy emphasis on teamwork (there are chads that solo this game but thats on a really high level)

General Objective:

You spawn into a level and you are expected to complete the objective(s) and then literally GTFO from there (I say this because sometimes you will have a horde chase you down till you extract from the level after an objective).
This may include stealth or being forced into loud situations, managing your limited resources is key.

Gameplay:

You spawn in with limited ammo, you sneakily dispose of enemies called sleepers without alerting the rest of the group with your melee as you make your way through various zones in the level.

While stealth is of the primary concern, you might be forced to go guns blazing in certain zones or for certain objectives. This is where your limited ammo and resources will punish you if you see them as a luxury.

Limited ammo and resources including health can be replenished with the respective refill packs however these are not in abundance and is to be used wisely.

FAILURE IS OKAY:

Every failure is a lesson to be learnt, I have failed in multiple zones and each time it showed an importance to the gadgets we should take or the weapons to use to handle special or weird enemies that may or may not be unique to a level. (the more you progress the crazier it gets)

With every failure/success you gain experience.

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK:

You can coop with friends, AI bots or head over to the discord to group up with randoms in the game.

Share any refills you have accordingly with the team depending on who needs it the most, make use of your teams diverse arsenal to make it through levels (one can lay mines, one can scan moving enemies or one can reinforce doors with foam during an alarm.

DO NOT by all means think you can handle an entire alarm horde and ditch your teammates, work together and fight together. If you fail you can always rethink things with them and do better than the last attempt

Final words:

You might complete a level the first time, you might complete it after a few days. You might have good teammates or they could be downright awful. Keep going at it till you get it done. You'll be amazed as to how well you understand the game after learning through the mechanics over the time you play


TLDR: no running and pew pew, needs a mix of stealth and shooting at right times, be resourceful, work as a team at all times, you will fail multiple times, dont give up
