This game... I love it... or at least I used to.

TLDR; The concept is good, but the developers don't listen to the players who actually understand the game.

I cannot turn a blind eye to the current state of the game, and situation between the Developers. The lack of communication and the idea that features are more of a priority than bug fixes. The Developers are focusing on pushing out updates that are untested, or barely functioning. They have mentioned that the players need to be more specific on what issues they want fixed, but in reality, nothing happens.

I know there is a experimental branch to test features to be released to the stable branch, but there literally is no difference between them. The developers push out half finished updates regardless of the state believing that the players want features.

1.0. Oh boy 1.0. I stayed up until 4 am waiting for the update very excited. I was very discouraged to learn that the old UNIQUE mission system was gone. It was replaced with a broken procedural mission system that theoretically generated "Unique" missions. The system didn't even work for the first two weeks. The missions themselves were all, go to boat, put out fire, save people. That's it.

The game is nowhere near where it should be for a "Fully released" game. It is bug riddled, piece of hot garbage. And the funny thing is, you get muted, then BANNED for voicing concerns and issues *cough* *cough* Rifleman, PenguinO just to name a few. The developers don't want to listen to the players that understand the issues within the game. They are more focused on the players that want features AKA guns.

2025 Update:

The game is the same as it used to be and I've come back to it often to play around with old creations and build new ones. I would still recommend this game to anyone, especially if they are interested in engineering.

Great game but large learning curve and hard to play. But but too many try hards on AU servers
