a good port that runs well and doens't feel like a port

Really fun (3 player???) co-op game but server hosting is pretty cpu intensive. Dropped to 27fps on an R7 3800x.

crashes on launch on windows 11. this game has been out for how long?

one of my favorite flash games as a kid, even though i was terrible at it. really glad these are being "preserved" this way and that I get to actually play them all again.

very fun game with a great story but the combat is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥

why did i buy this

very "xd random". not much substance, just something trying very hard to be quirky and abstract.

its like ac unity but doesn't have terrible issues with the gameplay design

* awful combat with moves that do not work most of the time, so it devolves into button mashing and refilling health when you inevitably get hit
* forced mouse acceleration
* some sequences crash, don't work, or are much more difficult at higher framerates
* engine *still* has the terrible stuttering issue that has existed since the first assassin's creed game
* you need to manually delete systemdetection.dll from the game folder if you are on windows 10, or the entire game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ (https://www.ubisoft.com/en-au/help/assassins-creed-revelations/article/flickering-or-shaky-camera-on-windows-10/000063457 ). Seriously? Why doesn't ubisoft just update the steam release so you don't have to do this? Basically everyone is on windows 10 at this point

still too early in the franchise to be playable:
* control scheme is still horrid
* engine is a stuttering mess, dropping down to single-digit fps at times when installed on a 970 evo, an r7 3800x, 32GB ram, rtx 2060
