Super fun game that you play using your code editor. I love all of the complexity of the game, but it's also accessible to get into with starters on GitHub like screeps-typescript-jest-starter!

Great tower defense game. Quite complex and an astounding amount of levels. Graphics are dated, but it seems to work well. I enjoy it as my current TD flavor.

I love ADOM and have been playing it since 1998. It's arguably "too hard," but I started before there were class powers or half of the side quests, so it's much easier now than it was originally designed to be. The ADOM Guidebook and ADOM pedia are invaluable resources, despite the spoilers, since there's basically a 0% chance of you winning without reading both of them.

Already like it from the first hour. Big UI improvements and much easier to play in terms of "tips and tricks" due to better automation.

It's incredibly hard but realistic and definitely the best of the 3 Wargame games.

Yaeh it's fun! I like this campaign better than Red Dragon, though Red Dragon has 2x speed, which is nice.

I loved this game! The action! The story! The impactful choices! I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Invincible on Amazon Prime. I made Atom Eve date Invincible, and they kissed. 10/10

One of the best games ever made. I highly recommend FTL: Multiverse, a complete set of mods that increase the content of the game by 5x.

👎 Updated review (Release / 2025):
- Game lacks speed controls* and devs refused to implement them despite multiple requests. WTH? No speed controls?
*2x-100x preferred, 2x-4x would be OK
- Player unit AI ("friendly unit pathing") doesn't path a far enough range, meaning player has to walk over and "pick up" stragglers. Lame!
- The devs moved on to new, crappier games without IDK finishing this one or making DLC for it... 🥲 Why not release DLC and improvements for this game??? The roguelike eternal mode sucks...
- (To clarify here, Thronefall does have 2x speed controls using an optionally-configurable controller button. That's not enough for me.)

Super fun. Seems like a short game until you replay it for 50+ hours trying to 100% the quests. Challenging but not hard to get into. Yes, it's just tower defense. But it's great tower defense!
