Modern Pink Elf RPG is a reverse isekai adventure game that puts players in the shoes of a pink-haired elf who got sent to the modern world after interacting with a shiny stone and has to earn enough money to buy the stone that'd send her back to her world. The gameplay is simple and reminds of other similar games like Hero Roy's Wedding and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Succubus in that it incorporates some basic dating sim elements and all you do throughout the game is walk around the town triggering events, buying gifts to increase your love interest's affection towards you, and working your ass off—both figuratively and literally—to get money. However, the game gives you the freedom to do whatever you want without penalizing you since you choose which ending you get at the end of the game, whether you stick to one love interest, all of them at the same, or try to get railed by as many guys as possible.

One of the best aspects of the game is the quality of its art since the sex scenes are nicely drawn and animated, and the protagonist is gorgeous (the same can't be said about the male characters since they range between being featureless and looking like slim versions of ugly bastards).
