Philana and the Elixir of Life is a game that reminded me of Sylphy and the Sleepless Island and Obscurite Magie because of some plot similarities and how easy it is to win fights, respectively. You play as Philiana, a mage and member of a fallen noble family who is on an adventure to retrieve the ingredients her friend Lily needs to make the potion that'd heal her terminal illness. The plot is alright and has some twists here and there that add more substance to it, though it's a pity it doesn't have multiple endings.

Its gameplay is solid and features different difficulties and sex attacks during combat. However, the "normal" difficulty is too easy as you're over-leveled after beating a few monsters and barely need to grind to buy the strongest equipment available. On another note, the art and sex scenes you see during events or fights are nicely drawn. So yeah, the game may not be perfect, but it's enjoyable.
