Are you sure you have downloaded the other necessary mods? If you do not have the "United Scifi Races" mod the images of the races will not be shown.

I am sorry to speak to you personally. I tried to do what you asked but could not find the log file. I don't know why. I dumped stellaris from steam and just reloaded it. delted your mod and re downloaded it and still not working also missing all the different catagories of pictures. Can i have some advise?
