This game has been one of my favourite games for years and it being on steam only makes it better, plus I finally got to see what the chocobo world thing was :D I haven't played it on here nearly as much as I did on PS1 but this game will always hold a special place in my heart. I recommend it to everyone as one of the best final fantasy games out there

Decided I should finally add a review for this.

Anyway it is a much better game than the flash versions with the main P2W element gone all you have to do is pay for the game and you're golden.

The good about this game is straight away the graphics compared to the flash is substantially better to the point of me going back to ssl2 and wondering if the graphics were made worse.

The main negatives are lack of people which can be helped by more people buying the game and due to the vast majority of people owning this game in the american time zones it is rare for me to be able to get a game during the day here, but once again that is only due to the amount of people who own the game.
The weapons are good in most cases but they seem to encourage close range gameplay over mid to long range and the xp requirements are just way to much for some weapons (shot, breaker, bulger to name a few)

But as it is still in early access there is much room for change, improvement and new stuffs.
I recommend people give it a try before you pass it up as it can become addicting ^^
This cat gives it 8/10 at the minute =^_^= €15 well spent

Edit: The game is now almost a year out and now with the recent boom in players it is finally beginning to feel like a decent game. I still recommend this game to all, it is now half the price it started at and at least 10x the player base it started with ^^
