Listen your problem is you're trapped in a vacuum. It might not feel that way but there are different types of vacuums. You might think about the generic empty smooth one, but one that has an inverted edge for each verted edge is also a vacuum, it's just spiky and it hurt to move in.
That's what's up, you're somewhere that hurts to move.
Unfortunately there isn't a simple solution. You need to create a space which you can move in. Consider that however you will. For me it's researching how to make a robot waifu. That's my passion (worth suffering).
