already one of my favorites.

My buddy and I took the game real slow, beating the game on day 71.
We spent our time building a base, exploring, and stocking up our shelves until we had a convenience store in our home.
Game is really pretty, the gameplay is fun albeit a bit easy at times, exploring was really gratifying, and building is so much better than the first game.
The story definitely wasn't AS coherent as the first game, but we were able to put a good bit of the pieces together from the minimal information we had.
Supplies are way too abundant and it felt like we never really used the cooked/dried meat at all. We were loaded with MRE, canned foods, energy drinks and bars, etc. Hydration was also never an issue.
Some bugs but nothing game breaking.

We had a blast with this game and plan on coming back with each new update in hopes our questions regarding the story are answered.

I would wait if you want to experience a completed story and hopefully a more challenging survival game- but for what it is, you can still have hours of fun just like my buddy and I had.

Got this game as a gift.

Bad loot. Boring buildings. Most doors are barred up, leaving some buildings completely inaccessible. Game plays like molasses even with good ping. UI takes some getting used to, especially coming from other survival games.

Community servers are better but they don't fix the game. I'll give it another go some other day, but I had more fun with the old Arma mod.

Dangerously addicting roguelike. $3 Well spent.

Had fun for the first couple weeks.
Customization sucks, slow update cycles, events are boring, playlists are lackluster, missing signature content like Forge / Co-Op Campaign.

I'll just wait until it's finished.

Absolute nostalgia trip, wow.
