I feel like a lot of people go through this game and are surprised by how well written it is but they stop there. The game in my opinion was designed to be replayed many times each with more understanding about the world and the people in it. You start to piece things together and most importantly rethink your original view of many characters. Spoiler warning: I just recently learned after around 200 hours of playing that house was actually the one that saved las vegas when the bombs fell. His securitrons shot down all of the missiles headed toward vegas. So does that mean New Vegas really should go to house? I don't know and thats my point. Play different ways and listen closely during conversations there are clues about the world everywhere.
