Game doesn't have a soul anymore, devs don't listen to the players and you're at the mercy of whoever can sprint at you the fastest with an SMG. TTK doesn't even feel good since you're shredded at any distance with an SMG.

recruit a homeless man. give him a sword. you now have a friend to help you kill more homeless men for meat.

Pretty mid at the moment, little to no reward for actually playing, just cosmetics and more weapons that help you kill faster. If you've played Vermintide and burned out on it you're not going to enjoy yourself. Wait for full release and pray that more in-game content drops lmao
