I have just finished my third night of not getting any sleep, I've only owned Slay the Spire for.... 3 days.

If you like Rougelites, Card Games, Deckbuilders, Turn Based Strategy/Combat, Awesome 2D art, Incredible gameplay mechanics, dedicated dev teams, weekly updates, EA titles... Pick this UP!

Basically, this title is £11/$15 because its still in Early Access, so get the ♥♥♥♥ in on the best valued, most addictive rougelite that will absolutely take 2018 by storm.

Slay The Spire is a game changer.

I now have a cycle of 50+ wallpapers, mostly animated, a few audio responsive, all of them absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome... Not a single one is anything to do with anime, it IS possible to filter out anime images from your earches, if you want to.
There really is no reason not to buy this software, if it looks like something you will enjoy.

It is friendly on the RAM req's, there are tens of thousands of wallpapers to search through, you can create playlists and completely customise most aspects of all wallpapers on the store... I really cant keep giving you reasons to buy this, its absolutely classic!

Feel robbed as an EA customer. avoid this game and the developers, we were promised so much and they came through on about 20% of it. I dont know what went wrong.

Joycity have absolutely outdone themselve's with this new release.
It borrows lots of elements from the previous Freestyle games but the 5-a-side football format is pure class.
Lots of events on right now at launch, you can easily grab loads of premium stuff in your first couple hours playing.
Super, super fun.

I paid 0.67p, played for 42 minutes and got 100% of achievements, smoked a joint, had some fun and discovered an awesome little puzzler that sometimes relies on timing, sometimes on working out a sequence.

For the price its a great title, i will be buying the first now, for sure!

My Views on Purchasing:

All i can say is, if this looks at all like something you may enjoy, then grab it whilst its in early access, get involved with the progression of the game and help out the devs, you will feel a proper sense of reward once this game is finished, the concept of it is great, a beautiful scenery and almost limitless custom boat building will all keep you going before they add the Sea monsters etc.

If you think that you might enjoy it, when the game has more action and a story to follow, then put it on your wishlist and follow development, almost everyone who likes creative building games, physics based destruction or naval battles in a sandbox kind of game will want to pick this up at some point.

I for one absolutely caannot wait to tear the ♥♥♥♥ out of the Kraken in a Boat shaped like a ♥♥♥♥, that fires huge mortar blasts and cannons from its tip.

Gameplay:

In it's current state, there are 3 game modes in TLL - These modes are:

Creative - A place to test build and test your ships, you can use a wide range(with much more to be added) of blocks to create your Vessel, ranging from mere melee motivated rafts to colossal cannon-carrying cruise liners. Creative mode is where you let your imagination come to life on the open sea.

Battle Seas - A sort of open world(Ocean) mode where you can take your custom ships or ones that you have downloaded from the steam workshop (Currently at about 40 and will grow exponentially) in a brawl with other pirate ships or freely take aim at your surroundings and wreak havoc to any and every poor islander you come across

Versus - A 1v1, mano y mano brawl on the waves, take any of the ships you have downloaded or created and pit it against any oth(Controlled by AI for now, plans to implement multiplayer in the future)

The Game modes that are presented in the current version (0.1) will provide you with well enough hours of doing any and all of the above whilst you're waiting for thate sweet, sweet Voyage mode and those Sea Monsters..

Optimisation:

The only drawback to this game thus far, if your rig isnt decent, you will encounter a very steep framerate drop and laggy screen, there is a lot of CPU heavy elements to this game, the water Physics, boat movement, destruction physics etc. you may be able to play on lowest graphics in a boat that isnt too big, but it may impede your playing experience, so if you have a bit of a potato then stay away for now, but just until they optimise the game a little more.

Conclusion:

So, as i stated in the beginning of this review, if you like the look of this game, you will indeed love the gameplay if your pc can handle it, if not it may frustrate you for now but keep an eye on the devlogs :)

I really want to add a positive thumb for this game, it doesn't deserve half of its bad reviews.
I haven't come across a more unique, enjoyable and genuinely scary concept for a game in a long time. Dead by Daylight really takes me back to my young teens, watching 90s slasher movies with my heart in my throat. This game is great, a breath of fresh air in the genre... i'm really looking forward to future dlc and content already

Borderlands met Trey and Matt, they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and made Mr. Podunkian... That anomaly grew up to make a video game.
Its called WASTED.

Buy it if you have a rib that needs ticklin' or you crave cartoony-fps-roguelike-dungeon crawlers.

Faeria is a breath of fresh air in ccg/turn based strategy gaming.

The first thing i would like to say is, after 4 hours of gameplay, i have earned enough in game currency to but 8 booster packs and earned 2 from levelling up, 14 booster packs will cost you £6.99 (10$) so i would like to dispell any rumour that this a pay to win game, if there is any. If you would rather spend the 10$ than put 4 hours work in to a game then more fool you imo.

Now, the actual game.. Whilst still in development, it has enough replay value to keep you going, i have just defeated every mission in the campaign and have started to foray in to online battle mode, each matchmaking lobby takes around a minute to get you in a game, usually balanced within 2-4 levels of you. Games can take between 5/15 minutes sometimes more if you face a tough opponent or one of equal skill.
The Gameplay consists of a hex-based board on which you can place 5 terrain types, there are normal, aquatic(Blue) Mountain (Red) Desert (yellow) And Forest(Green) Each terrain type pertains to a certain race or classification of card, you can mix and match decks card by card or by using Codex's which are packs of 6 cards thata you earn through the single player missions that may benefit each other or just be good to play together, each deck has a maximum of 30 cards which is 5 Codex's, there are 4 codex's per race including normal cards.

The visual side of the game is great, cards are very smooth and battle animations arereally cool.
I would heartily reccommend getting on board with Faeria whilst it develops if you are a fan of the genre.

Very well rounded, even in early acces, this gets my full reccomendations :)
