*2022 Edit* FINALLY, after 12 damn years Bethesda finally removed all GFWL dependencies!!!! The game now works natively on Win 8 and above. If you still get CTD on start, run the game in windowed mode first then change to borderless after.


How to get it running on Windows 10

1. Don't be dumb. Sadly most Fallout fans are this
2. disable GFWL
3. Install unofficial patch
4. Run .exe as admin with compatibility for Win 7
