Anyways, if you played Catalyst on PC Game Pass, 90% of your achievements carry over to Steam lol.
But since the server shutdown, you'll only be able to obtain 99% of them now, since the online ones are unobtainable. There isn't cloud saves available, so you're going to have to go through the hassle of keeping a backup of your save or just download a completed one and play through the game via mission replay. Only recommended if you enjoy Parkour games and you can get it during flash sales for <$3. It's a nice addition to your collection if you have the first game.
