Even with a few network issues at launch, it won't be long before any glaring issues are ironed out, glad to see the improvements that were made ever since I played the beta several months ago.

What separates this from other rouge-likes is how much choice the player is given throughout the game, from being able to choose from multiple future rewards at the end of stages to permanent upgrades in the main lobby to the point where even though this is still all based on RNG it feels like you have complete control over everything in the game. You get to be able to focus a certain build that accompanies the weapon of your choice that fits your play style, leading up to many many viable combinations of blessing that are all amplified by what the player chooses to upgrade in the lobby before each run starts. The feeling of consistency is something satisfying in the chaotic world that is this game

Warning for all completionists, you're going to be playing this for quite some time!

A thrilling experience that will always give you that satisfying feeling of accomplishment, even after so, so many years

This is the first (and probably will be the only) Telltale game I've ever played, and this was great experience. After putting about 250 hours into BL2 (within the first month of buying the Handsome Collection for around 7$) I decided, why not play this telltale game that takes place in the Borderlands universe? It takes directly from the regular Borderlands series, including memorable characters, good humor, and a solid and unique story (that is actually impacted by the choices that you make). Plus, the story is a part of the Borderlands timeline, and I can't wait to see how the story here will affect the events of BL3. Back to the game, as I stated before, memorable characters with diverse personalities and backgrounds, an interesting story with amazing humor sprinkled in. It took me about 10 hours to complete, and while that may not seem like a long time it is fun to go back and see that different outcomes of choices as they have a huge impact on the ending of the game, start to finish.

This is very interesting compared to other games that I have played and was hooked immediatly.
