Go to your local repair shop and tell them to download windows, the malware is a RAT, remote access trojan, basically SSH, they control your computer from far away, hell not even needing to turn your pc on.
If you know anything about cybersec is that anti virus are not the solution, containment and isolation is always the best and first form of protection, if the malware from what I saw plants itself in the bios, you gotta replace the motherboard, which is pricy and just inconvenient.
