This seemed way better than it actually is. Within the first few minutes of gameplay the character name didn´t fit the conversation shown at least 5 times. If it starts like that i don´t even want to get into more of it. Also the conversation itself between master and student is unbearable - i mean sure i was expecting cookie cutter standart stuff at best, but this was a new low. On top of that i guess the german version is non explicit, since i didn´t even get the option for explicit content to be shown that others have mentioned in the discussions. so yeah nope, this gets refunded.

The new areas and bosses are fun, but i really would like the old skill progression to be back.

This was one of the best bad decisions i ever bought. It doesn´t even take itself serious and will provide a few hours of fun and laughter.

This is the perfect mix of a horror-card-puzzle game. If you like any of those give it a try.

Fun to play with friends, but for now the price is to high for what the game offers. If in a bundle or on sale it´s a good game to grab.

Well what to say about this. I really did only check the tutorial for the game by now, but i really don´t want to even go further for various reasons:
The tutorial is desinged in a way, that if you don´t know the game from the boardgame version it really is not done in a way that explains the rules in a way that you can understand them easily. That begins with the way that victorypopints are made, the movement rules (yes, last one goes first but really i see more than one problem with that rule. Also yay for not beeing able to pick a place that someone else is already standing - because it never got mentioned that you have to look if there are two half rounds for the players or not, not that i didn´t get it after looking at the board and triing to figure it out but would it hurt to explain it?) All in all the tutorial is draining at best if you are new to the game.
The camera moves constanly and can´t be fixed or even dragged around freely. Doesn´t sound like much of a probelm, but i get motionsickness with a few games. But this is one of the few non firstperson games that managed that. I barely got through the tutorial without having to turn it off.
The controls feel clunky, but that is also in part due to the camera - i would really just prefer to zoom out a bit and having it fixed there than scrolling along the way with ins and outs of the map. That might look nicer for the first few playthroughs, but i want to be able to make it comfortable when i play with friends.
Animations are nice, but also something that i want to be able to turn off - something that i really know how the developers thought it should look and make it feel nice, but after a while get´s old and i wish i could skip - sad part that took around 10 minutes.

So yeah overall i really was exited about this game (one that i didn´t own physically before) but i was disappointed in how it turned out. And from what i gather from other reviews the multiplayer (which was the main reason for my pickup) doesn´t even work yet. Might look into it again after a few updates, for now i would say stay away from it.

Genuinely good game if you like board games and can take a bit of RNG.

EDIT: They changed something with the drawing of the cards - not really fond of that, as now you dont draw from a pile until it is gone and then mix it. Now you can draw cards double and not draw others that you might have wanted.

This was a really awesome game. I highly recommend playing it as the story is really good, the characters lovable and it has puzzles were you actually have to use your brain (not to mention that you can make different choices and they do change stuff). Music and art are fitting the game well.

The only thing i was not to happy with were two part´s in the game, the replaying of certain puzzles was a little frustrating, as you had to restart those from the beginning and the moving took an awful lot of time (yes i am not really fond of rewatching a slow movement animation for x amount of times when i try to figure out something).
All in all it is a game were you should at least try out the first episode, as it is free anyways.

Just loved this game.

The story was nice and getting those boys was a lot of fun. Some of those "bad" endings were better than the good ones (Tei i´m looking at you there). It´s has no stat building system, and in my opinion that´s a big plus.

it´s a nice game - looks beautiful, music is relaxing and fits the game well. It´s just a little to short for a price of 12,99 €. Wait until it gets a discount of at least 50 %.
