Has a really welcoming and helpful community, has been relatively bug free for a long time (for bethesda games of course) and runs on pretty much potato with minimal internet traffic. Is it a fallout fans of New Vegas are waiting for? No, but its the same great universe, beautiful visuals, fun weapons and more. It's not a game you go to for a deep MMORPG experience, coz u rarely stumble upon others, but it's a game where you go to meet other (for which i recommend various discord fo76 servers), to chill out after a rough day, to vibe to good music.

Better than any AAA title from last years

Overall it's a great experience! Many different types of enemies, which some even have reactive strategies. Maybe not great, but a good storyline which I enjoyed very much. Weapon design is very cool, but the crafting mechanic involved with said weapons is heavily underutilized and feels like it was put there to fill a checkbox from some list... Soundtrack was fun, felt right at home with the setting. Overall graphics were good (besides human modesl). I liked the spin on experience and leveling done here, altho it felt rather random. Facial animations were absolutely wooden, dipping into the uncanny valley. Besides a couple of unexplained performance drops, it run smoothly. Bosses were either bigger versions of normal enemies, or really cool entirely new creatures, with at least one having a fight sequence through terrain interaction. Elemental reactions were nice, but no info was given on them, so some people could have missed out.

Scars Above is a solid 8/10. Most souls fans most probably wouldn't find this up to their liking, but I wholeheartedly recommend. It reminds me a lot of "Remnant: From the Ashes" in a positive light. If you had fun there, you should have fun here and vice versa.

Stylized but pleasant graphics, bugless gameplay, interesting story and mechanics all put a very fun and welcome twist on the genre.the only hurdle I experienced was a low spawn rate of deer (play the game to understand) and very rare but quite annoying collision-pathfinding errors of bots harvesting my plants when two or more target the same flower and push each other away. two small hurdles in a sea of upsides and awesomeness. One advice from me: spread out your production lines, I built compact and near the end performance loss near station 2 was very heavy (altho I had almost every production line there). While it lacks certain QoL features (from for example factorio or satisfactory) it's still a well balanced and at times challanging game. I wholeheartedly recommend!

As good as remebered

Somewhat buggy and in my opinion a bit too pricey for the amount of playtime, but I enjoyed every minute of it. Doing every station to 100% wasn't a chore, but a lot of fun (well, maybe except the last one). Altho this game is very specific, I would gladly recommend it to someone. a solid 8/10

Nicely shaping out story, fun, kinda difficult gameplay, cultured content. 8/10, needs to be polished (but that is obvious, coz it's still in early access)
