Position: Organic Waste Management Technician
Department: Sanitary Operations Division
Review Period: Q2 2025
Reviewer: Director of Environmental Integrity and Critical Systems Oversight
Performance Summary:
Zalix shows up, and that’s about where the positives end. Most days, they move like they’re being held hostage by the concept of effort. They treat basic tasks like personal insults, doing the bare minimum with the enthusiasm of a wet mop. Simple instructions seem to bounce off them, and when they do manage to complete something, it often needs to be redone. They rarely speak unless spoken to and give off the energy of someone counting the seconds until they can leave. It’s hard to tell if they don’t understand the job or just don’t care. Either way, it shows. We’re not asking for excellence—just something better than whatever this is. If things don’t turn around soon, they won’t be our problem much longer.
