Absolute masterpiece from the masters of interactive storytelling!

Absolute banger of a game!

As much as I'd like to recommend this game, I can't. The first game is a short, packed and rich adventure. It finishes at a perfect time and has multiple way to end your journey. The second one is waaay too long becoming highly repetitive and out right boring towards the finale. There is no urgency or sense of danger through out the game, which again wasn't a problem with the first part. I didn't dislike it, but certainly wasn't expecting it to be worse than its predecessor.

From the beginning I was expecting some crew and/or ship management within a semi-open world. At least, that was my feeling from the trailer. Welp, long story short, there is no crew management, no conflicts within the crew, no ship management, nothing.

Even though I've finished the game, I feel very disappointed by it.

My friend and I have been diving into For The King 2 together in online co-op, and we’re having an absolute blast. The tactical combat feels more refined, and the world is just as charming and unpredictable as ever. The balance between challenge and fun is spot-on, and it keeps us coming back for "just one more run."

It's clear the devs listened to the community, and we’re genuinely excited to see what future content drops they'll bring. If you enjoyed the first game or love turn-based co-op adventures, For The King 2 is a must-play!

This game is an outstanding combination of my favourite things: rogue-like replayability and city building. It's quite literally a dream came true.

Decent DLC. I've spent quite some time in Against the Storm, so for me it was an opportunity to support the devs. And get some extra content for the game on top. Simply brilliant!

For the Emperor!

This is a facinating and capturing story with some neat game mechanics. Truly outstanding piece with a very tight narrative. Go play it!

One of the best Warhammer 40K tactic games available now. I love that it takes a step away from typical conflicts and allows to purge the necrons tomb for the Omnissiah.
I felt like the difficulty curve is slightly off because the game lacks any challenge in the mid-end game on a medium difficulty. I think about replaying it later on on a higher difficulty with a bit more optimized builds and higher stakes.
Any way, I enjoyed the game and highly recommend it!
