Banishers is one of those games that flies under the radar as a so-so story rich RPG where you run around, collect faintly flashing resources and squeeze your way through a tight passage into another area.
I love the story here, the world building and the lore behind the two characters. It makes me feel happy and sad at the same time as I pilot them through the harsh wilderness of 1700’s America, slicing and shooting ghosts that plague the land.
I just love the music, voice acting and the story of it. It’s not the best game, but it’s gaming at its best. Just a fun romp that poses some interesting questions.
I would give this game a solid 8/10. Could use a few touches, but all in all it was worth the price.

A pretty fun game of get the objective, but wait that NPC moved a bit funny,.
I can see myself jumping into a game every now and then, without it getting stale.

No too fond of the ol' Michael Transasctions, but i get it.
For $20? You could do worse.

The parallels between this and Left 4 Dead are mnay.
The classes all play different and its a ton of fun.

I don't like most resource threatening, base building games, but this one is damn fine.
There is motivation to upgrade and beat the mini bosses around the map, which is massive.
It's defo a game to play with friends, otherwise it's hard.
If you and three friends can get together. You'll have a good time

I thought this would be kinda boring. I was wrong. I assumed it was kinda like Viscera and i'd just be clenaing up a ship. WRONG! It's basically a 3D puzzle. It takes a bit to learn how to properly vent and take apart a ship, but once you get it down, it's fun. It's still early access, but I am ready to see what they do next. Waiting for next update, but i keep getting drawn back in.

Do you like tense firefights where you have just as much chance to gun down your friends as much as your enemies?
