You can't choose a lower tier. You get stuck at level 4 or idk. Even though you don't have money, you can still choose items and characters, but it's useless and pointless. you can't advance a level. As the creator said, it's "endless," because you can't move upper levels.

Even though you are above the required level, quests and doors do not open. And you cannot sell or delete dropped items.
