Well in short, looks a lot like Dead Space.
Graphics are very good and I had a lot of fun.

BUT : problem loading save games, hanging making save games.
I can not continue this game.

Save game files seem sometimes to get corrupted and you end up with a black screen.

A lot of other folks seems to have issues with save games.

So obvious ... I do not recommend this game until this is fixed.

I solved the problem downloading games saves from another player.

The graphics are really good.
Story too, I really enjoyed playing this CoD.
It has one of the better campaigns.

Too bad it also downloads the free multiplayer without asking which is just another +/- 150 GB.

Black Mesa [en.wikipedia.org] is a remake of Half Life [en.wikipedia.org].

Half Life (1998) is together with the first Deus Ex (2000) the mother of all games.

This is the best remake of a video game and worth every penny.

It now gave me a General Protection Fault warning and it would not start the game.

Installing the latest [www.nvidia.com] Physx drivers did the trick.

Sometimes it is advises to also install the legacy [www.nvidia.com] physx drivers but for me that was not necessary.

It still is a great game to play.

At the time it was a real pain getting installed because of the Yuplay client which was very difficult to get working and how to login. I wrote at the time a tutorial about it.

You do not need Yuplay anymore to play this game so no worries.

When you install this game it will install Yuplay but you can go to the game install folder and just delete the Yuplay folder and the game will launch without Yuplay.

It does not matter because the multiplayer is no longer available so you can play the campain without any problem.

Even for a game that is 13 years old the graphics are still good.

15 EUR I consider way too much for this game.
It was released in 2012 for PS3 and XBOX 360 so graphics are dated.

Also if you edit the keys they are all shown on screen as letter N so you never known exactly which on to press.
You can also play with an controller.

Before you start the game do not forget to run the configuration tool first.
It is located in the install folder.
You can not edit all settings in the menu of the game!

No co-op in the campaign modus which actually is a shame.

Nice graphics, the maps are fantastic. One of the best Sniper Elite games if not the best.
Only thing which I do not like is that it opens each time a browser asking if I want to link the game with Epic Games.

10 minutes into the game I arrive at an elevator.
It says use TAB

Press TAB ...... nothing

I connect my gamepad and see if anything works, it does except I can not use the elevator

It looks nice but .. I could not play it.

Uninstall works fine.
