Finally playable. But for real, coming from a Rise fan, MH Wilds is the best base game in the MH franchise yet. Some awkward growing pains expanding into the open world genre like some items or small mechanics from previous entries losing their purpose, but the hunts in Wilds are so intense, varied, and addicting. The world feels like a real living ecosystem with an ecology system so complex you will never see all of the creatures behaviors or interactions. Sometimes I just load up the game, walk out into the lands just to roam and see what I see. I love a good true end game grind as well. I can't wait for the expansion.

This game has its breathtaking and beautiful moments with it's environments, story beats, and battles... it's just the slop in between these moments that holds it back. This game does not respect your time whatsoever. It is filled to the brim with tedious and boring side quests that barely contribute to the world building at all. And don't get me started on the MANY sections that make you shimmy at a snails pace through a crack in the debris or parts where they slow walking to a crawl so they can 'immerse' you in a moment where the characters talk about nothing important. I love so many things about this game as a fan of the original, but I also hate so many choices they made to pad out the gameplay. This 30 hour game should have been 10-15 hours max. A lot of the extra content they added from the original to flesh out the world and characters was awesome... and a lot was just a whole lot of nothing. If you can put up with padded out, boring and annoying slop... then you may be able to enjoy what lies underneath: an insanely deep, rich, and creative story, addicting and diverse combat, and the beautifully tragic city of Midgar. Can't wait to explore Gaia in Rebirth, although I've heard it has the same issues as Remake.

Also the plot ghosts are a cool meta story idea for fans of FF7, but they are executed so poorly, they are so dumb.

This is to counter a negative vote, other have said it better in much more detail but yes, this DLC is very hard, but the game teaches you that there are upgrades you should hunt down to make it easier. They upgrade your damage and reduce damage taken. Go hunting for them and you will do fine. The negative votes are people not understanding this. It's a bit different than the base game.

The proprietary engine, 34MB file size, beautifully unique visuals, insanely creative items, super unique bosses, puzzles that make you think you are a genius, all the secrets... and well, there's animals in this well.

Starfield does a good job of really hooking you in the beginning with it's story and endless possibilities to spend all of this time in this vast universe. However that slowly starts to wear off the more you play it. Exploring the planets becomes super underwhelming with very little variation in their terrain and structure generation. The quests get insanely repetitive with most of them being "Go to these coordinates and get something for me, then come back". It's just disappointing, no innovation here whatsoever. Daggerfall, a game that came out 27 years prior, had more meaningful content than Starfield.

Just play No Man's Sky, it's basically the same game but much much better with vast amounts more content and things to do.

So far I can tell this game is amazing, the combat is super fun and diverse, the world is massive and rich with content, the story is alright... but that's not the issue. At launch the PC port is abysmal, I run a 4070ti and a Ryzen 9 5900X at 1080p and barely above low settings and I get 20-30fps in the main city and wilderness. I don't know how Capcom messed this one up as they have had hit after hit lately, it's almost unplayable. It seems like people online are saying it is actually a CPU issue with all of the NPC's, they are horribly optimized. I would gladly recommend this game if they fix the performance. Everything else about the game is great. The microtransactions are a bit annoying but Capcom have been doing this for a while so idk why it surprises everyone, it doesn't impact the game at all, everything they offer you can just get in the game pretty easily.

I want to love this game, I really do, I love the atmosphere, the wack lore and world, and some of the unique characters (mainly Clive). I just can't help but notice the many flaws and ancient game design that gets in the way of the overall experience. For those who like that feeling of playing a classic 90's FPS RPG like Kingsfield, the main inspiration for this game, I understand the appeal. However, instead of taking inspiration and improving upon it with a more modern sense of game design, it just feels like a 1:1 re-skin. I felt like as I was playing more and more I was getting so excited to see the unique locations and enemies but I was also getting so tired of slogging through the bland combat, enemy AI and attacks, and unforgivably long hallways. Not to mention the music is incredibly hit or miss. I found myself loving songs like "Falling to my Death", "Book Betrayal", and "Ending E" but just disliking songs like "River of Death", "The Smile is Red", and "Temple of Wind". Some of them just get so repetitive and annoying after a while. Some of the music also just doesn't match the vibe of the area you are in like "Apollo" in the Forest and "Dead Department" in the Library. There are a decent amount of aspects that I love about this game and I hate to say it but I think the flaws outweigh the good in this case, it's not unplayable, it's just not enjoyable.

Pros:
- Atmosphere and World Building
- Amazing Cutscenes
- Endings are great

Meh:
- Music (Some good, some bad)
- Characters (Some are annoying, some are anime which just doesn't fit the style)
- Level Design (Interconnected Areas are super cool but plaqued with empty areas and long hallways)

Cons:
- Clunky Outdated Combat
- Bland Enemy AI
- Loooooooooooong a** Hallways

Skill Issue:
- No Map (I get really lost in this game)

Secret Con:
- You can just stand on half of the enemies heads and they cant get you...
