So Sony finally said they won't be doing the PSN linking, however I don't trust them I will recommend the game again. If they don't change the notice to say PSN is required for optional cross play in the future and they try this stunt again I will change this back to negative.

Old Review Posted 04/05/20204: This would be GOTY I love Helldivers 2 and while I did link my PSN account as I already had one. It shouldn't be forced at all. I don't blame arrowhead, but I do blame Sony and until this is fixed and made optional again I can't recommend this game.

I'm going to see if Steam allows a refund. The game itself is good, but it's still Early Access even though it claims it is not. The major issue I'm having is that the zones reset every time you leave a map or go to another area. This is a major issue because it means you have to do it all in one run and makes portals pointless. I know people will disagree with this review, but it's my opinion. I will have a look and see if they fix the game in a couple of months. Until then, this issue is impeding my enjoyment.

It's just one of those games where you place stuff wait real time for a building to be done and fight other people. It looks good and plays okay, but I rather not have to spend real time for things to build so I will pass

Don't bother they removing it from steam and making it Free to Play on epic game store. my guess it will live for like another year or two before dying fully.

I played the original when it came out and never touched this one till I started to play with a friend who is watching me and I must say I remember why I never touched DS2 again for PVP this would be the greatest one to play, but with the servers down it shows that PVE is really bad everything can kill you from the simplest of things rolling feels like a waste as no matter what anything still hits you even with Adaptability up high. I love Dark Souls 1 and 3 I love Demon Souls and Bloodborune but this one is likely the only I can't stand.

I rather own the seven deadly sins since I already own all the other games just because I got standard edition I get screwed over even though I own Hitman GOTY and Hitman 2 with Expansion BS.

Is it the greatest game made? No, but something about it I find fun I enjoyed it when it first came out and still enjoy it.

Until this is fixed I think I'm going to ignore it.
