Farming, combat, crafting, exploration, and just fun in general. I wouldn't have guessed that these guys sort of half-assed their last game based on the quality of this title.

The graphics are charming without being too cutesy, the music doesn't make you want to bleed from the ears, there actually is a story, but yet it still is a game you can play casually.

Before the game even came out there was a lot of hate for it - people saying they'd never buy it - and yet it has maintained its "Very Positive" rating even after the official launch. If you buy it with the intention of doing an evaluation within the two hour refund window, you'll probably end up going over that time if you like this genre of game.

Other things of note (for me):

Pros:
+ Runs smoothly
+ No bugs/glitches so far
+ The sleep/time progression mechanic isn't as bad as people said - you essentially sleep to save
+ Is NOT co-op or MP (which is a plus) & doesn't NEED it (if the devs add it after - meh...)

Cons:
- Does need more character customization options - even the male character still looks extremely feminine
- A (very) few translation issues
- While you can use a controller, there are some issues with text input boxes and some other menu/UI elements when using it

One last comment - if you get low on inventory space you should build chests, they are cheap and crafting stations pull from them automagically - I was surprised to see a few complaints about running out of inventory space.
