I bought Deluxe Edition on February 19th, 2019 on sale. As you know, Deluxe Edition comes with all of the Y1 operators as well as the Y2 operators.

I just got my Deluxe status validated on January 20, 2020, and I had already earned the renown necessary to unlock all of the Y1 ops, as well as all of the Y2 and a good bit of the Y3 operators.

Marking as negative because this is a well-known bug to the R6 team, and they've either ignored or refused the community's request(s) to fix it.
