I’ve been playing this game since I was 15. Now, at 20, I’ve lost 10,000 hours across multiple accounts to ARK and gained nothing but regret. Both Survival Evolved and Survival Ascended once offered adventure and community but today, the game is fractured by bugs, stability issues, and monetized gimmicks.

It is shameful that such a large game still carries critical bugs instead of prioritizing core stability. Instead of repairing what’s broken, the developers keep monetizing incomplete systems. That approach disregards the players who kept ARK alive.

If the game is to have a future, the focus must shift back away from selling powerful mounts and toward restoring playability and trust.
