[Gifted from a really close, dear and best friend of mine]
(still playing through it very slowly..)

All I will say so far is that: the pixelated artstyle, music, and just the way compositionally everything plays out is just so memorable and beautiful. I do really enjoy the humor and the amount of coy references it makes when it has the opportunity, and memorable personalities of the characters.

Anything remotely based on the passion and pursuit of anything remotely artistic I just feel so deeply compelled by and moved by, its extremely relatable no matter what. I really enjoy everything it touches. All the deep sensitive topics are explored with so much intention, heart and safety.

It's actually criminal how something so emotionally powerful and relatable could just be 'free' to the world to experience. I think the dichotomy and self-reflection that Asya goes through where she has to 'pretend' things are 'okay' all the time is just very deeply relatable, you instantly gravitate how you feel in 'her shoes' when she faces such basic social situations and problems. Like bullying, isolation, overthinking, imposter syndrome, and 'not feeling good enough or not fitting in'.

It's also worth mentioning that as a digital artist, the artstyle is very distinguishable, unique, rustic, and instantly compelling and charming. The accompanying OST also adds so much to the tension and atmosphere scene-by-scene.

Extremely innovative and very immersive.
I've been a fan of these types of games since Cyber Manhunt, The Operator and Simulacra.
The ambiance, music, and just sheer aesthetics of the old-school OS systems are just so perfectly tuned and feel great.
Also, the puzzles are really well-done and scratch that very specific part of your brain in order to use or combine certain logical approaches to reach conclusions or solve things. It's very satisfying.

An unapologetic love letter to classic RPGs with that hint of modern flare in rich combat mechanics complimented by such a gorgeous, luscious artstyle as bountiful and eye-opening as the flora blossoming as you restore the land once taken from you.

Easy to pick up, impossible to put down. It's so insane what they were able to accomplish artistically.
Just oozing with style, also, the delivery is just so funny with the humor LOL

It's a crime that this is free to play, what an absolutely gorgeous gem of a passion project. Please, if you ever do a sequel please let us pay for it in full. The quality, charming chararcter designs, worldbuilding and fun, relaxing easy-to-pick-up gameplay loop are all so harmonious.

An incredible spiritual successor to VA-11 HALL-A.
