For the love of god no puzzles please. I have been wanting to play Crosscode but the negative reviews about the puzzles scares the hell out of me. I HATE PUZZLES. I just want mindless brainless but awesome action combat.

I'm tired of games where dungeons are just linear hallways filled with enemy encounters. CrossCode was a breath of fresh air in a world filled with brainless combat-only games. Turn the puzzles up to 11. Tie character progression to puzzles. Give me ALL of the puzzles....

CrossCode had those 1 hour long temples that were nothing but puzzles, each one was such a drag. They would introduce a new mechanic, like melting ice or whatever, and then the whole dungeon is this same mechanic repeated for like 30 rooms, it was just too much and awfully paced. I eventually dropped the game when it was 3 temples back-to-back (so 3-4 hours of nothing but puzzles), it was just too exhausting. Do it like Zelda games, where the puzzle to gameplay ratio is much more healthy and balanced. Les...

Haven't followed this game's development at all (I learned my lesson from CrossCode - burnt out on it before it was even finished) so if someone knows: Have they said anything about whether or not the game is coming to NSW2? If so I think that's the system I'm gonna get it on. :) That is all....
