As a free game that is meant to promote the RoG brand, it's pretty fun to play. Could use a little more polishing though but in overall it's worth the while.

Though I expected more from a remaster.
The game looks pretty good and has a few improvements over the original.
So far I'm pretty satisfied with it.

For the people wondering about PhysX.
Yes it's still there, it just doesn't appear in the game settings.

My review on Spec Ops: The Line 8/10

Diffuculty: Hard

So I got this game for free on The Humble Bundle and immediately installed it, I had only played a demo earlier in 2012 when the game first came out, but never really bought the game. Should've bought the game sooner because this is a unique 3rd person combat shooter, and not because of the gameplay (not at all), but because of it's storyline. Playing this game makes you feel a horrible person, although it's not a RPG game, it still let's you make choices allong the way, those choices do not influence the story however, but the player. Throughout my gameplay I really needed to make sure I was doing the right thing and even then I somehow regretted doing it. The setting is absolutely perfect, I could not think of any other games whose main focus is in the post apocalyptic city of Dubai.

Pro's
  • Intriguing storyline
  • Voice acting
  • Characters
  • Level design
  • Makes you feel like a horrible person
Con's
  • Generic gameplay
  • Controls
  • Dumb AI
Conclusion

Spec Ops: The Line is an amazing 3rd person shooter game for the gamer who loves good storylines, even though this game was a commercial failure, under critics and gamers it is a masterpiece. The only things that could've made it even better is if the game didn't had such ridiculous controls and generic 3rd person shooter gameplay as well as the not so smart AI. As for the multiplayer I cannot judge since I have never had the chance to play it due to the empty servers. I recommend this game to any player who is up for some new challenges in the abandoned city of Dubai.

My review on BioShock Infinite 9/10

Diffuculty: Hard

I have played BioShock & BioShock 2 before and those two games made me eager to play this game.
BioShock Infinite is truly an amazing game and really lives up to the reputation the franchise currently holds.
The story, graphics, characters and gameplay are perfectly done in this game, the complexity of the story is something you don't see in every game, I like the fact that it's really connected to the other 2 BioShock titles which really gave me the feels when I first saw a Rapture throwback in this game. Also if you have played all BioShock games and finished Infinite, then the Burial at Sea Ep1/Ep2 DLC's are a must have, they finish the empty plot holes and complete the loop in the BioShock franchise. This game does not have a horror-ish style like BioShock 1 & 2 had, but more of sci fi action steampunk style set in the beautiful floating city of Columbia, similar to it's brother undersea, Rapture.

Pro's
  • Amazing storyline
  • Voice acting
  • Characters
  • Graphics
  • Gameplay
  • World Design
Con's
  • Very complicated storyline
  • Not exactly what was promised in the E3 trailers (but still awesome)
  • No multiple endings like BioShock 2
Conclusion

BioShock Infinite is in overall a wonderfull game. It features all kinds of weapons and has a very challenging and fun gameplay along with a good story and very well produced characters. The graphics (for the time being) are really good as well. I'd recommend this game to anyone who has played the other 2 BioShock games and to the people who love action mixed with a good story and characters that you can get attached to.

My review on Ryse: Son of Rome - 8/10

Difficulty: Centurion

When I first started this game, I was already amazed by the power of CRYENGINE, I've always known the engine's capabilities and it's reputation, but Ryse: Son of Rome looked visually absolutely stunning! The animations, camera movements, lighting..everything felt lifelike, which gave me an immersed feeling while playing. The combat however was a little repetitive, though the executions looked awesome and had a 300-like style, it felt very repetitive because of the same way you have to deal with enemies and the same way you kill them over and over again, this game is very focused on it's combat but I think that could've been done better. The story however is a big plus for me, I always get attracted to games with a good story and this is certainly one of them, I agree however that some characters could've been better developed as in that we know very little of them while we'd like to know more. Aside from that the overall storyline was really great and felt like I was truly a Roman. The only thing I do not like is the fact that everything is linear and scripted, no dynamic changes into the story or environment. Would've loved to explore more of Rome in this game, especially with those stunning visuals.

Pro's
  • Beautiful environments powered by the stunning visuals and audio of CRYENGINE
  • Amazing storyline
  • Lifelike and immersive cinematics and cutscenes
  • Time setting and location

Cons
  • Repetitive combat
  • Short campaign (would've liked to see more)
  • Undeveloped characters
  • Everything is linear and scripted

Conclusion
Ryse: Son of Rome is certainly a game worth playing with stunning looking visuals and lifelike cutscenes & cinematics. The story is very good with the feel of being an actual Roman, though the campaign is very short and linear, it is very enjoyable as well. The combat feels a bit repetitive and not much variety in both enemies and kill actions. I would recommend this game for people who love the Roman history, along with some action, a good story and amazing visuals.

Game used to be good with RP's, Tiers and the Tech Tree.
But since the new update the game is kinda ruined.
If only the devs would listen and bring back the old game, I would recommend this.
Now it's just another Pay2Win game with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ features.

Damn amazing. Never played the original Half Life game, never will.. Why? Because Black Mesa is the perfect replacement. The game looks and feels amazing. Can't wait for Xen :)

The game is good and I'd really recommend it to FPS Survival lovers, but unfortunately almost no one plays it on the EU servers.

Many fans of the Mafia franchise say the original game's storyline is better than it's successor.
I disagree. I think that Mafia 2 has a much better and more enjoyable storyline than Mafia 1.

Besides this, Mafia 2 has amazing graphics and realistic gameplay for it's time.
Not to mention the realistic car driving, which I have yet to see in other open-world games like this.
