You know this game is just stunning. Pixel art is amazing and I love just fishing and playing this on my steamdeck at night.

2 hours in now and all I can say, this game is one of those indie hidden gems.

Story is not the best, but the gameplay is amazing. I am really enjoying my time so far

After changing this review three times it's time to hang up the weapons and move on. This game at it's core has the potential to be great, but something is wrong. This game tries to hard to be a CoD killer and all the negative things that are a part of that. Let me explain: Battlefield is not comparable to CoD, battlefield is about that sweet spot of acradey gameplay with realism. Battlefield studios tries, but in the end they fail to understand what a Battlefield game is.

I tried, gave it a shot again for season three, but this game just isn't something for me anymore.

This game is truly like watching a movie, only you can interact with the movie. Just sit back, enjoy and shoot. It's great, this game is something I needed after all the open world games I have played.
One critique is the stealth, that is a bit weird in the beginning. After a while I got used to it though.

What can I say, this game consumes my life at the moment.

But no in all seriousness, this game is fantastic. The story is captivating and the gameplay is so much more refined then the first game was. Almost 70 hours and I am still not far in the main quest. The side quests are just as fun and keep me interested with the game. Go buy it!

Listen, yes the combat is clunky, yes stealth is kind of weird, yes the game has some bugs that are annoying, but hear me out:

This game blew me away after giving up on it by trying to do a quest stealthy back in 2018. Now after giving it another go when I was watching the KCD2 trailer I fell in love with it. Combat is clunky in the beginning, because you as Henry suck at holding a sword or any weapon. This changes the more you practice. You start to understand the game with all it's limitations and positives.

The story is fantasticlly done and takes you on a journey with unexpected twists, so let me end on this. Buy it go play it and you will enjoy it.

Bought this game last week. I am enjoying the game, but as this is early access I wasn't expecting a lot. Still this game has given me some good moments and I am still enjoying it. Hopefully the dev keeps at it and makes this game into a reality. The vision is certainly there. Buy it if you want to support the dev or if you don't want an early access game follow it as it has great potential.

Great game. The most fun moments are when you think you are save from disasters and everything is going well to the point that everything is falling off.

Like I said great game 8/10.
