Even past all of the day-one bugs this game has been an absolute blast. The depth of the combat system, the depth of the character customization, and the dedication of the devs makes this game a definite recommend for folks coming off of games like Warband, Chivalry and For Honor.

There's a barrel full of water next to the fisherman's home. I tried to fish in that barrel, and I neither could nor did I get a witty achievement saying "fish in a barrel" when I attempted to do so.

This is a smash clone obviously built by smash players. All of the characters play uniquely and offer an extremely varied array of playstyles for any player of the genre to enjoy. If you've played melee, you understand how this game works, though this game adds a new layer of choices to the game as well as improves on the formula that exists already.

Every move is useful, I haven't played a single character that has a tool in their kit that they can't use to their advantage in one way or another. In something like smash there's always going to be something there that just isn't touched, but here there's a great amount to be experimented with. Even in early access this game is drenched in quality.

One strange pet peeve of mine is the fact that there's three characters that look almost exactly the same in their body types, it could've probably been remedied by making princess remedy reflect her storefront art rather than her in game sprite, and giving her something to seperate herself from the ittle dewness she suffers from. Other than that, and a bit of stuttering online, it seems like this is going to be a game I'm coming back to very often.

First good smash clone.

The warning is very serious, if you're not having a good day, this isn't a game you want to be playing. Wait until you're better off to try this nightmare of a beautiful art piece.

Absolutely wonderful, fun experience with reliable, stable internet connectivity. I would reccomend the dev put his resources towards new team members as this project is more than worth investing in.

One funny thing I realized, was by applying any form of untrained, uninformed real-world strategy in a sword fight, would kill the difficulty. Trying to react to things in a videogamey sense didn't work out, and the game became fairly punishing, but as soon as I applied anything I've seen from any random fencing match or HEMA event, the game got far easier, as enemies tend to swing in a less predictable, but easily countered method.

I would suggest the dev look into researching historical european martial arts, as it would help ballance a game in which you can apply these tactics. I know this isn't a simulator or anything, but anyone who's seen a fencer can demolish this gam e in a few hours, at least the main boss and multiple of the dungeons.

There definitely needs to be more games about healers. It was fun and challenging where it counted and it never overstayed it's welcome with it's short playtime. I just find the gameplay itself to be a bit disconnected from the end goal of healing someone, seeing as it's a very bullet hellish kill-the-things type puzzle-action game. Other than that, the ending choices don't make much sense seeing as the most dialogue you get out of characters is about 2 lines, so finding someone you'd like to make that decision with seems pretty inconsiquencial.

Unless you remember all of your logon information about steam and everything you'll have to sit through an ungodly linking service that honestly I didn't know about when I bought the game.
