A walk down memory lane for sure.

The original 5 games are exactly as I remember them, with the same charm, hilarious fails, and witty fail screens.

The new game, Completing the Mission, is an absolute treat, which ties up the series very nicely with it's sixteen possible endings . He even came up with a pretty satisfying ending for The Betrayed route!

All-in-all, a fantastic closing to a fantastic series.

My recommendation comes with a caveat: This game is not for everyone.

The gameplay is pretty slow-paced and methodical, but there's a number of different playstyles you can adopt. I've tried several with varying degrees of success. In general, the game rewards stealth and careful planning, but on some occasions, you can go in guns blazing on a herd of deer.

Weapon variety out of the box is good. Each weapon has its own defined purpose and are suited to a specific type of animal. For instance, while the .223 docent is great against foxes and coyotes, you'd never want to use it against a bear unless you had no other option. DLC packs add more unique weapons, such as the Drilling Rifle and the musket. Dear god, the musket.

The inventory system allows for a pretty good degree of customization towards your playstyle. I generally favor carrying a fairly wide variety of weapons to take on various types of game and going light on callers, but players can choose whatever fits them best.

Map variety out of the box is good. One pretty sweet aspect of the maps is that they are HUGE. I mean, huge to the point where you could spend real-life DAYS exploring a single map and not even uncover everything. One of the maps even has a firing range, which I personally find very useful for testing out weapons and practicing shot placement. The DLC packs add several more unique reserves, each with their own vast landscapes and new animals to hunt.

I would recommend this game to anyone who likes slower-paced and open-world games, as there's a lot to try out with this game. That being said, if action is your thing, you might wanna look elsewhere.

The house's resale value is down the gutter hole, but the spiders are dead, and that's all that matters.

This game encapsulates the eternal battle between homeowners and spiders, but does it in a way that's totally overblown making for a hilarious and entertaining game. For example, no one in their right mind would set a spider on fire to kill it, but in this game, nothing is stopping you from burning the entire living room to the ground just to kill one tiny little spider.

It's great fun, and I cannot wait for the full release.

An excellent and accessable flight simulator for anyone who wants to fly without having the risks or costs of actually flying. While it is less realistic and has lower graphical quality than newer sims, the amount of third-party support for MSFSX is simply amazing. The multiplayer works quite well and I have few complaints against it. The missions are both compelling and fun, and free-flight offers the freedom to go almost anywhere on earth in almost any plane you want.

Speaking of planes, there is a fine selection in the base simulator and an unreal amount of third-party add-ons in both Payware and Freeware. If you want to fly something other than the base aircraft, there is no shortage of add-ons waiting to be installed from trikes to the An-225, from the slowest helicoptors to the fastest experimental aircraft.

For a 12 year old flight simulator, MSFSX does not seem to want to age, and Dovetail releasing it on Steam only made it that much more accessable to the world.
