Brings me back to black flag days, Skull and Bones was such a huge disappointment i'm glad a studio took over their mistake...

Side Notes:
Hand to Hand pvp needs improvement, it's not user friendly enough, and as a solo player you can struggle against more than 2 opponents attacking you, and die very easily.

Boat Mechanics are very good, just too responsive, like black flag had the perfect kind of delay when steering etc, this game its just way too responsive for a pirate ship, also wish that when ur full speed, it did the black flag pan out with the camera and the crew music was more crewlike than radio

Survival Mechanics are good

Building is pretty nice aswell

Overall i think this can be Ubisofts killer as investors see what a small studio can do while another poured 200 million into something that was a disgrace


As for them ripping off here and there cause i see discussion threads on steam, at the end of the day, it's how a game comes together, and so far none have played like this one, and personally i'd play more from what i experienced so far when the full game is released, it was fun, and at the end of the day thats what a good game is about.

If you have spare time, play it, its fun, small, short and simple. Although if you're against a good player, you'll be there for an hour or so before one of you leave.

I used to like this game and now i can't stand it, the community is awful, the fighting mechanics are awful, the whole bleeding and storing helmets is stupid, the physics are horrible, i rather play Pubg, sorry.

This game is like Game Dev Tycoon(which i rated really well) but instead of it being set scenes, you can modify it and theres more content to it.

When i started this game i hated everything about it, now i still suck at it but i like it so in the end it doesn't matter, although be prepared for 8 year olds to call you trash.

This is a good micro managing simulation and has taken hours out of my life and it was all worth it, plus it supports mods, so whats not to love about it?

This game has been out for so long and it's still a game i play due to the fact that there's no other like it, it's so good but if there's 1 thing that this game has wrong, it's the in-game syncing, it's actually terrible, sometimes my friend will be 1 minute delayed in syncing so I can't tell where he actually is on the map, besides that the game is amazing

Meh, I wouldn't recommend, Dead community and toxic plus there are some bugs that can occur that are game breaking.

Only bought the game for GarrysMod, then i actually started playing it and started to actually like it.
