The best part about this game is when the CCP raids your home and kills your family when you answer the questions wrong.

Very difficult, especially at the beginning, but it's a great game all around. The building mechanics are great, the amount of craftable items is pretty good, there is a decent sense of progression through the game and the survival aspect is one of the hardest I have tried so far without being annoyingly difficult. There are a LOT of animals that will hurt you if you get too close, my only gripe is that there are so many animals that in the early game you are likely going to be attacked even if you are very careful, there's usually an animal in every direction that I look which makes things a tad bit overly difficult at times.

Tons of fun packed in to this game. It's still one of the most played games on Steam and for good reason.

Awesome game even in its Alpha stages. It's true that the community is generally hostile and kill-on-sight style but that seems to be how the game was intended to be played, it is after all a survival style game. If the hostile PvP enviornment is not your thing there are plenty of servers that offer different features including servers that are strictly PvE (Player vs Enviornment).

The game has a bit of a learning curve but there are plenty of websites out there that really help you get to know the game and a quick Google search will answer any questions. It's a great game and i'm excited to see what the developers bring next but i already feel like i got my moneys worth plus much more.
