I just enjoy every second playing this game. It's soooo addictive. Visual is unquestioned. Story may need some fix a bit. But it's 100% fun.

Character movements are like Fortnite, like a robot. Stiff and unnatural. Is this a good thing? My standard of good character movement is like Jak (Jak & Daxter 2), and Elden Ring. Am I out of touch? Outdated mindset? The rest of game feels has its animations stiff. I haven't tweaking the settings though.

The menu is very overwhelming. Most of the time my screen is 90% filled with menu. Even HUD when not opening menu took great portion of the screen. It's good thing I guess, considering how complex the game is (in a very positive way).

But/and I do think it's compensated with how open the environment is and satisfying pet (Pal)'s programming. It's fun and I keep thinking about going back to the game.

I bought it due to peer pressure from my best friend. It's fun that we can complete a quest together, but that's it. Once it's completed, he's gone from my screen as I am from his screen.
On the other hand, some random stranger can be seen on my screen when I walk around the main town, what's that about?
Its setups also ambiguous left and right, I have to spend an hour just to meet my friend.

Steam Remote play is horrible. I have to switch the Remote Play setting on both my PC and my Steam Deck/Phone.

Also, there's a stupid huge glitch that linger. There's time when I see some fraction of a texture covering half my screen. I tried to ignore it but it, again, linger. I have to restart the game.

Despite the fact that I don't recommend it, I have to play it, because this is the only non-FPS that my friend like (I cannot play FPS at all). If the glitch and all the fix applied, I will hunt back this review.

Love every inch of this game.

The first time I played it, I went to 1,800 hours. I somehow got sick and stopped. Now I managed my spare time, I started to play again, still beautiful as the day I played, maybe even more.

The default/official control mapping on Steam Deck is a learning curve. So I probably will spend some time to remap them, making the control point to the keyboard instead of a controller.

Anyway, go get this game, it's relaxing at worst.
