The best non-Ace Combat Ace Combat game, and probably one of the best VR experiences you can have if you enjoy plane based action games. Sure, it has ORANGE problems, and the performance in VR can sometimes be staggeringly bad, but I don't care. I love this game.

You can hear a single beggar use three different voices in one minute of standing near them. 11/10

There are a handful of issues that crop up from time to time, some of which date back to the original ports, but you can enjoy yourself quite easily with this collection. It looks "the way you remember it looking" much like Ocarina of Time 3D, while actually looking far better than the original games.

Also, for those concerned about censorship, it's basically just shots of Miranda's rear. They didn't tone down Matriarch Benezia's chest, or the armor wedgies.

After playing through this game three times in full, once here on PC, I can say it's every bit as good as the PS2 Trilogy. It just takes time for old aces to give in.

Really, the best Fallout game since Interplay died. Sure, Fallout 4's gunplay and certain mechanics are better, bt they're three fourths of the depth of that game.

I'm probably the only person here who's got over ten hours on steam. I think I enjoy this game...

While I only have like fifty hours on Steam, I have a couple hundred on my older machines. If you can mod it to get the hardware acceleration working, and can get in to old games, you're in for something you'll end up loving.

While it's currently in the "almost a direct port from Xbox One" state, the state of the game over on that platform was good enough to make this currently lacking in PC specific features port of the game more than good enough to hold us over until things are fully out.

I honestly don't know how to feel about this interactive fiction. I mean, I don't hate it, but I can't honstly recommend it to anyone. There are some positives, though. It uses the wiki engine exceptionally well, and it even comes with controller support. Sadly, the writing and general feeling of Depression Quest just brings the entire experience down.

I get it, the protagonist is supposed to be depressed. As someone who's legitimately dealt with depression, it isn't a hard concept for me to grasp. The thing is, I don't get why he's depressed. He seems to be surrounded by people who legitimately care and love him, has a supposedly well paying job, and (at least in what i've seen) doesn't have the very real threat of getting thrown out of his housing situation. Even just a small amount of context would have made him a more compelling character. Without it, it just feels like "Wah, my upper/middle-class lifestyle is so hard" has made him depressed.

Beyond that, This IF visually limits your choices, without giving you any real reason as to why. Even the illusion of a choice would have made this a much more enjoyable experience. Instead, it just comes off as "If you're depressed, you won't be looking for a way out", something which I personally found offensive.

I probably would have liked Depression quest if it game me any real kind of context, and if the author would've given me the illusion of choice. It's really hard to care about a piece of Interactive fiction if you're never given a real reason to care.
