id call this game a masterpiece if it wasnt so hard to read certain patterns in multiplayer. everything else is just perfect though, the music is a work of pure musical genius, all the art is incredibly cute and appealing and the fights never really get stale (at least, for me) with each fight having their own variations of patterns.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, you can pet asha, the shopkeeper cat!!!! 11/10 buy it right now

Having completed the demo, i'm still torn on whether or not i should recommend it. Now sure this is a demo and it might change a lot but i'm going to judge it as it is currently.

Pros:
- NYOOM
- simple to pickup, not much to learn before you go running through levels
- main character is very very cute :3

Cons
- Very easy to get lost, other than the sparks its hard to really tell where to go, especially during challenges/miniboss rooms.
- Its *too* simple if anything, you barely feel like you're doing anything other than adjusting your angle. The speed barely feels earned, a more gradual speed progression would feel much nicer.
- Levels feel very barebone save a few. i get this is due to procedural generation, but for a movement heavy game like this, level design is incredibly important.
- The levels are wayyy too short, they all kinda blend together.
- The boss fight at the end feels a bit... out of place? You don't want to run into obstacles for the majority of the game but now you do, since you dont have any attacks other than running into it.
- For a speed based game, the boost takes way too long to activate.


As of right now, it is *fun* yes but only for the first few runs, it quickly loses its appeal once you get used to the controls and, the items i found never really felt like they did much.

after playing it a little, first impressions are really nice! (i say that cause i only got to the first boss xD)
the ambience is real nice, the movement feels very fluid (pun intended) and the combat is fun! although i do hope there's a bit of a tutorial in the full release, also the volume slider doesnt seem to work, i tried to turn down the volume during the first boss fight and turning it down all the way to 0 did nothing. overall though im liking what i see!

Roguelikes have never sounded this good. No matter how many times i die i just keep going to hear the absolutely amazing soundtrack. and thats not to say the gameplay isnt good! its amazing in its own right, with all the relics and different weapons not to mention.... hats!!! so many hats

ok that was two, but unsighted is just that good. GOTY 2021 for sure

can there really a be a good ending underneath all these bad endings...?

only one way to find out and thats to watch bad end theater to the end!

lovely pixel graphics, fun bosses and enemies, even more fun weapons and even an alternate character to play as.

There's also NG+ for you masochists out there.

definitely worth your money and time, buy buy buy!
