Blob on blob violence. Shoot balls and have balls all over, bosses take balls to the face. Ignore tall blob, it move fast and also ignore screaming blob its butt is on fire.

Before you buy know JK Rowling is crazy. But the game is fun as ♥♥♥♥.....

Game is still solid. Online feels neglected by Rockstar. Online has alot of chinese players or toxic players. Hackers are few and far between but its a huge vibe killer.

This is so good. Elements of paper mario mixed with Mario rpg (Yes this is its own game), really can't wait to keep playing this.
The combat is simple but fun (think Costume Quest) and looking around the world is fun. Good story thus far also.

Update 7/1/2023-I'm pretty disappointed this basically got scrapped in September, and already has a sequel in works. This got like 2 good updates and now it's just trash in my library.



Old review-There's alot of good and alot of bad.
Good: you can be creative building units not everything needs to be cookie cutter, the imagery is awesome and overall concept.
Bad: AI mixed with the spike in monsters attacking you makes scaling pointless, so rushing the guarenteed lizard into robot is only way to see long term sucess while playing, you get a lot of useless parts aswell. You eventually hit a brick wall as well because the things attacking are stronger than what you have to manually control otherwise your base will be destroyed early.

Overall hoping for some QOL and i'll keep dabbling

AVOID THIS TRASH GAME. DEV HAS OFFICIALLY BAILED ON 2 PROJECT (EVOLVE AND B4B), I'M AVOIDING ANYTHING FROM THEM. TURTLE ROCK BANKING ON FORMER GLORY OF L4D MEANWHILE TRASH STUDIO.

To even call this early access is an insult to companies that have integrity. Its limited in the customization, basically buying a racer crashes the game and brings it back up. The car customization doesnt go nearly in depth. Its a neat concept, with having special traits. However the game having 20 some races before you get a message saying you're done with the first season and now you're locked out of the game because its early access. I will be refunding this, $5 is way to generous for a game that has less that a hour of content. I had more entertainment with 'Cut the Rope' back on mobile and it was $1.99

11/17/2022 Update: The game is much more stable. No longer forcing the 2K connection. Long running games still causing system to begin overheating for almost no reason. But quality of life has been pretty great.

This game is seriously fun.. But spending 21 hours playing a single campagin and the game causing entire system to lock and having to recover system is basically a joke. Getting refund now, will check in future to see if issues like this have been resolved. Would consider buying but right now not worth the headache it caused
