Only 20ish hours?! How is Fallout NV your fav game?

In total, I have put over 1000 hours into this game.
Across three platforms. (xbox 360, ps3, & PC)
On the Xbox 360 version I accomplished every achievement available (DLC included)
I have probably done at least 5-6 full play throughs of this game.
Always thought it was better than Fallout 3, no disrepect to Bethesda Game Studios(NO VP in FO5), but Obsidian did a fantastic job developing this game. The amount of time it was in development was less then 2-2.5 years which is mind blowingly short. But I can see how it managed due to the fact that Fallout 3 laid a lot of important groundwork for the series and New Vegas really got to focus on the unique enviroment and story. Which Improved on the already awesome universe that Fallout 3 expanded on so well.
