The peak moment of this game was when my friend was frantically running around with the fire extinguisher, yelling over Discord that the submarine was on fire. I headed down to the floor just to see him spraying around, but there was no fire. I hovered my cursor over him and saw the "Hallucinating" effect. 10/10 Realism.

Can confirm, I was the friend. I was frantically trying to extinguish the fires, fix the broken machines because everything the submarine was going nuts, and I thought this guy just dropped out of the game, or some kind of synch problem. Turns out, the alien artifact we looted as a spoil of our adventure had a psychosis effect, and as I was the person suffering from psychosis, I didn't see any status effects on myself.
